Gedmatch results of a Filipino-American (Does not have his 23andme results)

How does Vahaduo work btw?? Is it based on FST method(like the gedmatch mixed-mode oracle breakdown), or is it based on Least Squares method(like the 4-pop gedmatch oracle which is based on one's admix proportions)?

I checked online, I saw a calc where you just input your admixture percentages into the website calc..

His nMonte results of PuntDNA K12 Modern: Around 8% Caucasoid (seem to be mostly Gedrosia/Iran Neo-related (Makrani) and SW Asian (Saudi) with little NE Euro). He is around 5.6% Australoid (Papuan+AASI) and almost 1% African. The rest is Mongoloid.

Am not really sure. Yes its like what you just checked. You put your admixture percentage into the website. Its very similar to the nMonte program. Although Global 25 nMonte will give even better results.

Does his pheno fit with his autosomal DNA results? Its interesting because in some calc, he is only around 7% Caucasoid while others it rises to around 10%.

His PuntDNAL K10 results: He is around 83-84% Mongoloid, 9% Caucasoid (he could actually be like 1% more Caucasoid because of ASI can hide some) 2% ASI (although it could hide minor West Eurasian as Caucasoid pops also score very minor amounts of ASI in this calc), 4% Australoid and 1% African.
