Was Coronavirus an Engineered Biological Attack on China by America ?

Does this seem to be a Chinese source? 

The Chinese are probably learning what a bio-warfare would look like in a war scenario. 

From what I understand is that Coronavirus is a cousin of SARS. The SARS virus was taken to a Chinese lab in Huwan. 

It got leaked and then all of the sudden people are dying left and right.
