What the Ukraine war shows is that Russian military communications can be intercepted by the Yanks. So whatever the Chinks use to communicate with each other in the battlefield, the Yanks are gonna eavesdrop on most of Chink conversations.
Russia losing in Ukraine can be considered an undesirable result for the Chinks since the Chinks would have no one else to divert America's attention & resources and have to deal with Uncle Sam and his allies alone.
