Is jokoy an indication of half white people now being the sole representation of being filipino

Everywhere in social media, entertainment industry it seems that half white filipinos have become the epitome of what is Filipino. If you don't look Latino, kinda white, hapa then you aren't as filipino. Also anyone find it odd that Jokoy uses his filipino mom as a way to crack unfunny hurtful jokes about asians as a white passing man.

His sisters look like they are from a previous marriage. Jokoy is definitely white passing, not the blue eyed blonde kind, but like the Latino kind.

Jokoy is a non-filipino looking man who makes jokes at the expense of filipinos and other asians. Will never have to go through the experience of anti-asian hatred in the US, while at the same time benefitting from being white passing
