@marneil Wow, I do almost an hour to 2 hours. But that is when I had 24 hour fitness gym membership. After canceling my membership I got lazy. Plus, I really don't know if my diet is the reason for me not to be gaining muscle mass. Since I eat anything that tastes good.
@marneil Yea, I am not trying to lose weight.. I am trying to gain muscle mass.. Its hard for me to gain muscle. I don't know if its my diet, or its cause I am Asian. I overheard from a conversation between two guys. They were talking about how Asians don't gain muscle mass that easily and it will take them a long time. Also your diet is very important as well if you want to gain muscle. So I really don't know why my muscle is always the same. I feel like I am lifting the same amount of weights from years ago, or even less. But I try to do my best. Another theory that I would believe that the reason I am not gaining, is due to my posture and the way I work out. Or maybe I take too long time in a resting period before I do another set. But yea, I just need to be consistent, but due to my lazyness and sometimes depression I feel as though I don't want to work out no more. But I should get back on it whenever I have a chance.
