it will take 3 months to see results. how long have you been lifting weights? how many reps do you do a week?
@marneil I have been lifting weights since around 2007. I used to lift weight constantly for about 2 years. Than I stopped. Now I went back to lifting weights starting from Oct 2018, but maybe around 2-3 days a week. Now I canceled my gym membership at Feb 2020. I got lazy, but now I work out at planet fitness off an on, with a friend. Due to my job and because of the schedule of the gym closing, I work out not that often. What you mean by reps? Do you mean sets?
Reps = Repetitions
did you get the result you wanted? If you have been working out since 2007, there has to be muscle somewhere.
