@marneil The reps depends on what part of my body I am working on. But the average would be 8-10 if I am trying to lift the most weights I can without struggling too hard. That would be including, "biceps, chest, shoulders, leg (only hamstrings and glutes) and back.

Yes I do got muscles, but it is not to the point where its toned like how I wanted it to be. I can lift heavy in some parts of my body. But my weakness is my chest and legs. I want my body to look tight and very toned like how I see other body builders have it, but without having to take steroids.

@charlie

seems like you need some motivation to return back to the gym. I think you lost motivation because your not getting the result that you wanted.

@marneil I don't want to be wasting my time and energy on something that would not get me any results. Especially being over 2 years in deep at the gym and having to be in the stage of a moderate beginner? Time is very valuable.

@jaenelle Not just biceps, all men need workout every part of their body. But not to the point where its grotesquely huge.

@charlie

I suggest getting a personal trainer for 2 months, just to improve your daily habits. surround yourself with other men who had the same experience similar to yours. Eventually, the aura will rub to you.

I have seen bookworm

looking men with muscles.
