Fighting over a chess game that sounds like high school stuff? 

The pen has nazis, black supremacists groups, la raza groups. Murderers, rapists, serious drug pushers. 

I dont even live in america and we know these things. 

 it's just a Jail within the suburbs It's not a state pen. Our prisons doesnt have extreme groups like in America.

well the american jails seem to be very well-off...i mean very first-world conditions, with very 1st world facilities. when i was there the inmates often joked that it is like a hotel hah

i personally would never really want to experience philippine jails lol
