A globally recognize Filipino singer that has a strong concert voice that could cross over to Reggaeton is Nicole Scherzinger and she's actually half-Filipina and half-Hawaiian-Ukranian. She could sing both fast, upbeat songs and ballad songs.
Arnel Pineda is another singer that has a strong concert voice. The Filipino singer sang for the band Journey but I don't know if he could collaborate with Reggaeton singers since he's considered a classic 80's pop-rock singer.

Nicole Scherzinger doesn't really appear like a Filipina, she actually passes up easily as a Polynesian.
I think she looks more like an Indian or a Latina. In some of her videos, she has Filipina features showing something.
When she was in the band before I thought she was a Polynesian and it never crossed my mind that she was part Filipina. Also several Filipinos were surprise that she was a half-Filipina. She doesn't come off as a Filipina and I've never seen a Filipina that resembles her physique and disposition. She has a strong physical built that reminds me of some Polynesians. She has a thick skin and her skin tone resembles Polynesian more so than Filipina. On some pics however I do see some Filipina features but her built is not solely Filipina.
There are Filipinas that do have strong physique but it appears different to Polynesians.

Bruno Mars is another mixed singer with Filipino ancestry that could collaborate with Dominican singers. He's actually a Mestizo since he has Puerto Rican ancestry. He's a Latino therefore he would suit well with Dominican singers.
Native Filipino side is only on his mother side who happens to have some Spanish ancestry.
