That's hard to quantify since there is no massive genetic study done on Filipinos yet except for the National Genographic one....

Apparently there is small Southern European, Southern Asian and Native American descents. (They didn't split the Southeast Asian of the Negrito and Malay admix though). 

The Southern Europe part is confusing since some matrices consider Sicilians (A mix of Arabs + North Africans and French-Normans and Italians as well as Ashkenazi Jews almost genetically alike) a part of the Southern European sphere.
