There's an underwater city or civilization just discovered.

It is of possible Liangzhu origin. It has similarities to the Liagnzhu culture  Earthen Walls, which means that we could finally have a Filipino civilization that dates from the B.C. era.

it sank to the ocean because of the rising sea level and its near the coast line. in the next 100 years expect more cities to sink as sea level rising.

Philippines, Indonesia and other pacific islanders nations will be the 1st to sink below the oceans.

Yes, but fortunately for Manila Bay which includes Binuangan. Once climate change happens, the entrance to the bay can be sealed off and the ocean water drained. Defending and fighting against flooding is doable, the Dutch have been doing it! Hopefully it can be done in New York too if people seal off the Upper New York Bay and move port operations to Lower New York Bay. However, it might be difficult since river water flows down Hudson River and East River from upstream. You can close off a bay and drain the ocean like with the Netherlands and potentotally, the Philippines but if there are mountains that give rivers water that drain into a bay then it may be problematic to seal off bodies of water.

There's actually Technologies that would bring the sunken Islands back to the surface.
