Bias. Chinese businessmen have a good reputation, or they cannot get into so many markets. Of course there will be different tactics from you, but we never call your tactics immoral, do we? 

Not to mention China itself is low crime,and doesn't invade other countries for pillage and slavery.

Chinese money worship is a little bit misunderstood.

For one thing, it's safe to carry a lot of cash in China. Old people and women can wave cash around and not worry about being robbed. Go to a Chinese bank any day and see the huge amounts of cash being carried.

Informal transactions are very reliable. Chinese can always borrow money from friends, often several years of salary is no problem to borrow in a few days.

Chinese are not shy about liking money, it's the symbol for productivity and beneficial relationships. But Chinese don't steal or take people's money.

Chinese can be shortcut artists, but always no big harm was done. If you're a developing country, it's much easier to build a basic industry with Chinese help than any westerner can help you. Western companies always want you to be in their death grip forever. Chinese just want to be liked forever.
