Ke Hu, a 46-year-old man from Bridgeport, Illinois, is being charged for smearing feces on cars and storefronts in Southside Chicago.
According to The Chicago Sun-Times, Hu was arrested on October 15 at the 3100 block of South Halsted Street. Police have been searching for Hu since June. They say Hu allegedly wore white gloves and carried around a paper bag of feces to smear on parked cars.
Hu is charged with nine counts of misdemeanor criminal defacement of property, a felony count of criminal damage to property and a count of misdemeanor criminal damage to property.

“It was a lot of responses actually,” Wu told CBS Chicago. “A lot of people were just grossed out (said) this is disgusting (and) who would do such a thing. But then, one that caught my eye other people were experiencing this around this area.”
