according to your Data, the poverty rate should be cut down to %8 in the year 2030. after 10 years, the overseas workers should start coming back home. hopefully, by 2040, the poverty rate will reach %2

I think you need to visit the Philippines and see what's real poverty is. No Filipinos wish to move away from their families. The Philippines government is working hard to industrialize the country so all those Filipinos can come home.

Yes, I seen the poverty. the poverty cycle will repeat itself if the mothers are not home with their children.
