Love Hotels were developed in Japan so that couples can have a place to have sex so the rooms were design so women would feel comfortable going into one - very clean, very private with an upscale feel. However, in recent years a new use for these Love hotels has developed. Girls have all female get-togethers at these places. The reason why these places are popular for such use is because they are private, comfortable, less expensive then a hotel room, offer karaoke and movies, and food services. The ones in Taiwan even have swimming pools and billiards. Interesting to watch if this industry changes to cater to changing needs.

Lol at least they transformed something which was originally sleazy to something intimate.

I would like to visit Japan someday, they have alot of cool things.
