The Chinese are buying land left and right. what's happening in the US is happening in Latin America. Most of us are waking up too & we don't trust them.

You should see Jamaica. The Chinese are changing street names to a Chinese name, it's disgusting.

It's called getting respect. We Dominicans have a saying that ''we don't play''

Indonesian and Vietnamese are trigger friendly. The Philippines don't want to be a burden to the USA

the Caribbean islands are protected by the United States. it's easy for you guys to act tough. The Philippines are close to China, while Latin America is across the ocean.

Cuba had nukes. that little island had the entire world at hostage. why do you think the U.S left Cuba alone.

Fidel Castro is crazy. I don't think any of the Philippine leadership will ever reach his mental state.

Cuba is isolated and if Philippines follow the same route the Philippines will have other enemies other than China

that doesn't work in the real world. You have to have a strategy in dealings with things.

They probably were about to pass between the southern tip of Argentina and the northern tip of the Antarctica Peninsula.  This is the only sea route to cross from the Atlantic to the Pacific on the Southern Hemisphere in South America. The ship passed by too close and received some warning shots.

the videos show Argentina coast guards shooting at the boats, I don't think it was a warning shot.

you maybe right, but I wish they showed the impact of the shots. The fishing vessel doesn't seem damaged on the video and still pics after being shot at with machine gun and cannon fire. The illegal fishing vessel took off and the shooting ended.

it's not a cargo ship, and even if it was a cargo ship. Chinese boats have to travel to the Panama canal.

We know the Chinese are probably courting Venezuela.

those are warning shots and it's probably not the first encounter either.
