Note: This is based on culture, history, music, and influence rather than race/genetics

Countries ranked by African Influence:
1. Cuba - birth of Santeria, Afro-Latin music genres, Yoruba language in Latin America, etc.
2. Brazil -particularly the Northeast 2nd strongest after Cuba with retaining African roots/culture/music/language
3. Dominican Republic - due partly to Trujillo, much more suppressed and less embraced than one may expect but still a widespread influence
4. Colombia -the coastal region of El Choco is almost like a real life Spanish speaking version of Haiti while Cartagena is like Sao Paulo. However, the rest of Colombia is very different
5. Puerto Rico - strong but more diluted and often borrowed from other Latin cultures(particularly Cuba and Panama, and currently DR)
6. Venezuela
7. Panama
8. Nicaragua
9. Uruguay - candombe, the interesting history of politics/culture/etc. of the Afro-Uruguayan minority, etc.
10. Costa Rica
11. Honduras
12. Peru - Afro-Peruvian music and dancing has become more embraced and widespread in this decade
13. Ecuador - It's exists like Peru but much more suppressed
14. Guatemala
15. Paraguay
16. Mexico
17. El Salvador
18. Argentina
19. Bolivia
20. Chile

Countries ranked by Indigenous influence:
1. Bolivia - Andean president, strong Indigenous culture that's almost more widespread than Spanish-influenced culture, Indigenous languages as official languages, etc.
2. Peru- Strong culture like Bolivia but some degree of self hatred leading to some supression
3. Guatemala
4. Ecuador
5. Paraguay - Guarani being a second official language and Andean music
6. Mexico - Strong history and level of reverence towards Indigenous roots but Native culture seems more segregated(to the south) compared to the above countries
7. Chile - Andean music has been preserved and the Mapuche history/culture plays a major role in society but Euro influence is also strong
8. Nicaragua
9. Honduras
10. Argentina - A lot of my favorite Andean artists actually come from Argentina and some far out parts of the country are very Andean influenced surprisingly
11. Panama - lots of Mayans but not much of a widespread influence
12. Colombia
13. Venezuela
14. Brazil - due to the Amazon region of the Northwest
15. El Salvador
16. Costa Rica
17. Puerto Rico - 2nd strongest Native influence in El Caribe after Aruba and tons of respect paid to the Tainos(or Boriquas)
18. Dominican Republic
19. Uruguay
20. Cuba
