Eva Ekeblad is the first woman admitted to the Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences at the age of 24. Google is honoring her today with a Doodle.

Eva Ekeblad was born on July 10, 1724. Eva Ekeblad administered some of the family estates and was considered fair to the farmers, protecting them from foreclosures.

Google even honors Eva Ekeblad with a Doodle today for one important reason: It's her discovery that potatoes can produce flour and alcohol.

In 1746 he wrote to the Academy about the particular plant that had been introduced into Sweden as early as 1658, but was only in the glasshouses of the aristocracy. In the 18th century the introduction of potatoes on the Swedish table meant that their eating habits improved.

In 1751, Eva Ekeblad discovered a method of bleaching cotton fabrics and soap with yarn, and a year later she thought that the dangerous ingredients in cosmetics of the time could be replaced by potato flour.

Women have a better grasp of chemistry than man truth be told since the female body itself is a complex chemistry and women have cycles unlike men. So women knows how to mix and match.
