They look a bit like fish balls dipped in soy sauce, but the texture indicates they aren't fish ball. Coming from a Vietnamese perspective, I think they look like little braised eggs.
But when I looked in the link, it says dango.
I want to try them.
^ Yes, their is two places I highly recommend.
Daikoku Ramen

you may have to wait in line for 45 minutes. they are that good!
Kaiten Sushi(I don't remember the name but its on the end of the path in Japanese village plaza on 2nd street.

It is this building but different look and name.
The sushi is very fresh and all plates are only $2 dollars. You can tell if a sushi place is first rate by the number of Japanese customers they have. Except for the accidental tourist or word of mouth, the clientele is mostly Japanese and their maybe a 30~60 minute wait.
I suggest going after lunch(3PM) when the wait time is about 10 minutes.
