Has anyone heard of Ichigo Daifuku?
It's made of Red Bean Paste, Glutinous Rice Flour, Water, Potato Starch and Strawberries.

Haven't tried it before, but apparently it's very delicious and popular.
*Edit* Oh yeah and I think Ichigo Daifuku means 'first mochi cake" or something. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's really easy to make.
I used this rice flour brand.

I love Japanese kewpie mayo! compared to local brand or kraft one.
Here we can have it in 7-eleven or Lawson.
However my friend here said it was somewhat more sour than common mayo.
Goes well with french fries, sushi rolls and karaage.

[QUOTE=MrC;65460]No. only when i have a craving for something.
Most of the time I'm too lazy to cook a fine meal. I make no-nation food. I cook up some kind of meat like salt a bunch of chicken peaces and bake them in the oven. Steam a load of vegetables in my food steamer and I'm done. That and rice feeds me for several days so I cook only 1~2 times a week. -laughI don't even use the oven. -elaugh I tried some new Yakisoba-type instant noodles last week.

The left one was too salty and I don't like thick noodles. The middle one was pretty good. It's not very photogenic here but it tastes great with the mayo.
