Or once removed? Ie your parent and their parent are cousins? I have never felt attracted to anybody in my extended family since it is a huge taboo in vietnamese culture so you don’t even think about it.

however, I don’t think I would object if people do it.

1st-3rd cousins are off the limits for me while 4th cousin is too distant already to be considered a family. 

most people don't consider 3rd cousins as family members anymore. 

@james inbreeding between 3rd cousin still has risk of defects
