Would you ladies give a shy guy a chance?

@kay Do you ever get creepy vibes from guys that makes you feel uncomfortable?

Also, when a guy ask you can I help you? You mean when your like in a store browsing around? Or you just giving a guy a long stare, and he is asking you a polite question?

I can easily tell if a guy is creepy or not. There is nothing if a guy wants to help. 

@kay Okay.. what do you mean by, there is nothing if a guy wants to help. I am confused on that part. What do you do, when you sense a creepy guy? Also, how can you already tell that he is a creepy guy?

What if the girl is also shy?  What if she comes from a  culture where men are expected to make the first move?  That would be a stalemate, lol.

If you're too shy, try to be her friend, maybe you'll eventually gain confidence when you get to know her.
