Would you ladies give a shy guy a chance?

Honesty, it's normal a men to be shy. I would usually just give him a flirty smile and touch his shoulders. 

If a guy who's older who are still shy of women becomes very weird to me. 

@lannie What if the guy is shy only by the females intimidation. But once the female get to know the guy is more open.

At what age would it be weird to you if he is still shy from a women.
