Would you ladies give a shy guy a chance?

@lannie What if you don't know the person, would you still be giving him a flirty smile and touch his shoulders on your first meeting?

If I find a man attractive and he is shy, I have no problem approaching him. However If I don't find him attractive, then nothing will happen.  

@rodriguez Okay, tell me how you going to approach him? Are you going to smile at him and give him a compliment? What are your ways of approaching him.
