Could you tell the difference between a Filipino and a Thailander and other Southeast Asians in general? Do people in certain regions really look all the same to you?
The same statement could be said about comparing and contrasting other ethnic groups such as Pacific Islanders, Latinos and Native Indians, Africans, East Asians, Caucasians, Indians(India) and others.
The people on the pictures are Filipinos and Thais. Could you tell them apart, do you know which ones they are?

I never see a Mexican who look like him though. But I don't live in the US (well I used to study there for four years) so maybe that's why. Even several Mexicans on another forum (TheApricity) were saying that he still looks pretty Asian and don't really pass.
Boxer Bernabe Concepcion on several photos appears Filipino but on a few of them he could pass up as a Mexican with Native Indian ancestry.
I agree, he could pass up as a Mexican in this photo and he really doesn't look Filipino either.
just don't say it in front of their face, some of the Mexicans will get offended.
Some Mexicans actually consider Manny Pacquiao as one of their people since he fights like a Mexican boxer and the same could be said with Bernardo Concepcion. I guess it's okay to mention this to anyone as long as I do not say it to a Mexican boxing fan, just kidding.
