Outside of the United States people celebrate the holiday in unique ways.  Ireland, Mexico, Italy, and Portugal are a few countries with Halloweentime celebrations. Italy celebrates Halloween on October 31 which is similar to their cultural Venice Carnival (Mardi Gras) on January 30  to  February 16, 2021.

Demographics

 

Italy and Philippines are similar in size, Italy is rank 71 and Philippines is rank next at 72 as the largest country in the world.  Philippines land area has increase recently since new islands have been discovered totaling to 7,641.

 

Philippines population is at 110 million and growing while Italy's population is at 60 plus million. Several European countries birth rate have remained stagnant however immigration may likely increase their population.

Italy and Philippines will likely grow bigger since both countries have active volcanoes spewing lava into the ocean creating new lands.

 

 

Italy has Mt. Etna and Mt. Stromboli while Philippines has Mayon Volcano and Taal Volcano and plus more as active volcanoes.
