I don't like Thai music tbh: too cheesy and same boring shit: heartbreak, gf-bf relationship, fighting bla bla bla bla. or just the sad horrowful melancholic tune.
I noticed its a similar thing almost anywhere in SE Asia/East Asia. In that most Asian music also has a lot of melancholic and sad feeling.
One thing I noticed about African music is there is a lack of this sadness and sorrow; their music is all about happiness, joy, cheering life and stuff.
