i do not like "blame the West" rhetoric

but the Libyan part is true

what did you mean by you not agreeing with blaming the West? I read it to mean the West is not responsible for the state of Africa right now. Is that correct? I'm  also not sure what you mean by what's going on in Lybia. Are you against what Lybia is doing are you just stating a fact?

@athena yeah, Africa is destitute not due to being exploited by the West. However the West pays North Africa to do some of the dirty work of discouraging migrants from reaching Europe.
