Biden has only been president for less than a 1 month. The ratings will change in a year or two, we will see if he will keep his promise to the black, Latino & Asia pacific community.

Trump had an 80% approval rating within his republican base in 2016, which all that matters to stay in power. he lost that high rating after the January 2020 coronavirus pandemic.
American Presidential is won by ''electoral votes'' ( state votes) & not won by higher numbers.
When Trump was elected in 2016 his approval rating was 34% nationwide while Hillary Clinton had a 47 % approval rating.

what he is saying is that the opinions of Blacks & Latinos don't matter as long as Trump keeps winning states with a high white population.

it's racist to assume that black & Latino all think the same with no diversity of reasoning. Many Latinos & Blacks voted for Donald Trump in 2016. The biggest difference in the 2020 election was more White Americans voted for Biden.

Make America great is referring to the age of JFK meaning fewer libs, less lefty, no communist, no Marxist, manufacturing jobs stayed domestically. it's only been short 4 years, it will take another 8 years for everyone to benefit from Trump's awakening policies.
so far, Joe Biden has been trying to reverse Trump's legacy but it's too early to call. The only change I see is the immigration policy & more stimulus package by Biden.

Because Trump had a 36-37% approval rate in 2016, while Clinton had around 47% approval rate in 2016 and she still lost the Us presidential bid against Trump.
During the 2016 election, the media (MSNBC/CNN) were already announcing that Hillary Clinton is going to win because of the high approval rating. At that time, nobody expected a Reality TV star to win the presidential bid.
I'm experienced enough to understand how the media gives out biased reporting to push their agenda.
