They say China is trying to develop Afghanistan, I say Bullshit.
My guess is China needs the Taliban to carry the dirty work in the near future.

there is a reason why the British, Soviet & now the US is pulling out of Afghanistan. I don't think the Chinese can make a difference outside of any reconstruction contracts in Afghanistan.
