Judaism = Ethnic Nationalist Religion. Centers around Omnipotent God choosing an underdog backwater people (The Jews) to be his represenattives to the rest of Mankind. You were actually not supposed to convert to this religion if you're not in this ethnic group. Early Judaism hardly even considered the concept of an afterlife and the religion was spent more on Jewish life on this world in the name of God.

Christianity and Islam = SALVATION BASED UNIVERSAL RELIGION, where Ethnic Nationalism is not important. These two religions were used for vast Empires to unify multi ethnic peoples under ONE Empire by unifying them under ONE GOD. That's what the Europeans did when they christianized the Philippines. That's what the Arab Muslims did when Egyptians started converting to Islam and started using Arabic. These two religions garner followers by promising SALVATION AFTER DEATH. These two religions focus on the Afterlife as the prize.

The religions have the same back bone, but the purpose, drive are totally different.

In fact, Judaism has far more in common when it comes to drive and purpose to State Nationalist Shintoism of Imperial Japan than it does to Christianity in truth. My God Yahweh or Sun Goddess protects or favors my people above all other races.

Fine, granted, Judaism nowadays does allow non-Jewish conversion, but going by the Old Testament, you really were not supposed to. It's just Jews Jews Jews. Take note however, I'm personally an agnostic Jew, but just wanted to lay out a confusion.
