what effects the whole world? sky news doesn't want to let you know what Xi's threats were about, why they got such a cheer from the crowd, so they only play the second half of the sentence. they don't want to admit the need to stop being assholes is important for the whole world.

your video quoted just a very small part of it. Xi talked about creating a community of shared future for humanity, and the party accepts beneficial advice, and even friendly criticism from others, but it will never be talked down to by anyone seeking to oppress or enslave China. these people will be banging their heads into a steel wall.
in the late 19th and early 20th century, china was forced into a series of treaties that had it lose judicial rights, taxation rights, or any ability to form its own industrial policy. foreign troops were stationed in china, they would kill people and photograph their heads cut off for show back home. this is the world that CPC was born into, and why it wanted to smash the old order.
