Not really. Maybe the older generations but definitely not the younger urban ones. Im from Thailand myself and a lot of guys here are very effeminate in behavior. Many will act really femininely and show romantic interest in other guys.

Yes but even a lot of straight males here can be effeminate in how they acted or talked.

Thais in Thailand don't act hip hop or gangsta like at all. Completely the opposite.
Thai-Americans including those from California are very different in behavior and mentality and mannerism than those back in Thailand especially if they are the 2nd, 3rd or 4th generations. They are very Americanized and they might be seen as outsiders here due to their behaviors, acts and mannerisms. Diasporas don't represent the home country that well in many cases.
I seen Thai bikers & mma fighters. It's impossible for majority of the thais to be sissy.
