A Wisconsin man captured regarding a bank theft told officers he had a craving for having a go at "something new" that day, a criminal grievance states.

Xengxai Yang, 19, of Appleton, Wis., was accused Monday of "burglary of a money related foundation with an unsafe weapon," as indicated by the Appleton Post-Crescent, refering to the protest.
