Above is a photo of Mr. Gordon Pennington, which was posted to Breaking Christian News. Mr. Pennington is a former Director of Marketing for Tommy Hilfiger, and a credentialed poll challenger in Michigan. Pennington was present at Cobo Arena in Detroit on November 3rd and 4th, when votes were being tabulated. He was interviewed by Teresa Neumann of the news outlet for the article which is linked to below.

The table that follows is a selection of questionable activities observed or discovered by Mr. Pennington, as well as other Items. It includes his comments.

Questionable Activities and Other Items
Quotations of Pennington's Comments
Who Paid the Wayne County (Detroit) Poll Workers? "...
Their poll workers original pay was $250 per day, but I was told that a Zuckerberg-funded foundation upped their pay to $600 per day. This included substitute poll workers who watched television in a large holding area on the second floor. ..."
Poll Workers were Essentially All Democrats "... Get this: The Department of Elections had hired and trained 99% Democrats and 1% local Republicans as poll workers. ... Typically, one Republican and one Democrat would have been assigned to each precinct counting board table, but Republicans were outnumbered by at least 10 to 1 and the hired poll workers themselves were virtually all Democrats. ..."
Electronic Tabulation Machines Continually Malfunctioned "...
The electronic tabulation machines in Detroit, manufactured by a company called Dominion, were new. They cost $25,000 each and are about the size of an inkjet printer. They were malfunctioning. They have been malfunctioning. We witnessed it first-hand. They would also jam repeatedly, necessitating repeated reruns of ballots. But the ballots were easily recounted multiple times if the simple reset button was ignored. In our viewing, no one was there to cover every single set of tabulation scans. So, for example, in processing sets of 50 ballots at a time, if even one snagged in the machine it required re-running the other 49 ballots separately. This happened repeatedly.

[Interviewer:] Was there no one assigned at the arena to deal with this malfunction problem?

[Pennington:] There was only one IT specialist there, a partisan Democrat who was both elusive and refused to answer questions.
..."

Tabulation Machines were Connected to the Internet After All "...
Challengers were originally told the Dominion tabulation system computer was protected by a firewall, yet it was occasionally showing a system compromise warning. We were told by the Department of Elections supervisor that it was autonomous and not connected to the Internet and therefore not subject to hacking or compromise. But, an independent system test by a challenger found out that was not true.
..."
Political Bias Displayed by Personnel at the Arena "... Poll workers, supervisors, observers, and challengers are legally disallowed from wearing any attire to indicate political affiliations, yet there were workers openly attired in Black Lives Matter shirts. The election department officials were indifferent. ..."
"Poll Challengers (were Hindered) from Viewing Tabulations" "...
... I witnessed poll challengers being blocked from viewing tabulations. We were told to step back 6 feet from the ballots. As it was impossible to read from that distance, many poll challengers brought short-distance binoculars like opera glasses."
When Were These Ballots Actually Collected from the Polling Stations? "...
Later, at 3:45 AM, a Wayne County Department of Elections truck delivered 38,000 ballots with unknown provenance. When challenged, even by the head of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers, they refused to disclose point of origin. Note, that by law, ballots harvested after 8 PM are illegal. Michigan Election Law is clear on this. ..."
Joint Witness Requirement Ignored "...
... note that by law, there is a joint witness requirement for the adjudication of any contested ballots. It was, and is being, completely ignored."
Poll Challengers Denied Access to the Arena Floor "...
Late that afternoon ... Republican and independent poll challengers were disallowed from entering the floor at the most critical time in the tabulation process. That is, before the news media was seeking numbers to make a predictive projection and have a presumed presidential winner in Michigan. ..."
Cardboard Placed on Arena Windows "...
... Wayne County Department of Elections officials even went so far as to place cardboard on the windows preventing observers and challengers from seeing the counting floor from outside. ..."
Overall Opinion of Mr. Pennington "...
... It can reasonably be argued that we have been witnessing the theft of this election by gross negligence, systemic design, and constitutional contempt. American citizens, whatever their political persuasion deserve to know the facts."
