[In testimony made before a PA State Senate committee, Stenstrom said:] 'I personally observed USB cards being uploaded to voting machines by the voting machine warehouse supervisor on multiple occasions. I saw this personally. I brought it to the attention of the deputy sheriff who was there stationed, who was a senior law enforcement officer, and I brought to the attention of the clerk of elections.'

Chinese Hack Against the OPM (US Government Office)

Click here to view the original image of 806x478px.

Above is the logo of the Second Bureau of the Third Department of the PLA General Staff; "PLA" stands for the People's Liberation Army of China. (1) "3PLA" refers to the Third Department of the General Staff, and it "... is believed to have been the agency that carried out a total of two cyberattacks that were made in March and May, 2014. (2)

The quotations and paraphrased information to the right all come from the source referenced in footnote (2) below. The hacks were made against the US Government Office of Personnel Management (OPM). "The office is the repository of federal government personnel records, including social security numbers and documents known as SF-86s that contain personal information about people who apply for security clearances."

"The OPM hack was considered one of the most damaging breaches of personnel security for the U.S. government ever. The operation by China took place in 2014 and was discovered in June 2015. China's role was kept secret during the Barack Obama administration."

"The breach involved the extraction from OPM networks of an estimated 23 million records of federal workers, including those who were being evaluated for access to classified information. About 20 million records related to SF-86s were stolen."

Ways China Can Exploit (the) Stolen OPM Data "

Photo posted at extremetech.com.

Using software capable of processing massive amounts of data (stolen in the OPM hacks of 2014), the Chinese regime could use the acquired insights from these files to recruit spies, hack companies, or breach systems of critical U.S. infrastructure.

Here are 3 ways China can exploit the data:

1. Identify Potential Spies
While recruiting spies, Chinese agents look for four moral weaknesses that can be exploited. These are fame, profit, lust, and anger.

The Office of Personnel breach gave them a roadmap of these weaknesses, through its SF86 forms that include seven years of background on each federal employee with security clearance.

After identifying the moral weaknesses of a targeted person, that individual may be exploited by Chinese agents using methods such as sexual advances, business offers, or high-level invites to China.

(the two other ways are explained further on down in the article)

....

This isn't specifically mentioned in the article, but the CCP could also use this information to recruit agents of influence, using blackmail as well as the other tools written about above.

In this collection of stolen data, everyone who appears in a Form SF-86 is either an active federal employee or was a federal employee in the past. Persons who once held federal positions could now be state or local officials in active service.

These individuals, with moral flaws recorded in OPM paperwork, might be susceptible to blackmail, bribery, or any of the other techniques previously mentioned.

For example, a federal agency could refuse to make any investigation whatsoever of possible fraud. A state official could refuse to call a special session of the state legislature, even when it was clearly called for. A local official could be induced to hide cases of phony ballots, under a table in a vote counting center. There are many ways to subvert an individual's moral integrity.

YouTube will now Censor Content that Offers Evidence of Election Fraud

"President Donald Trump (L) and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in file photographs. (Getty Images)"

YouTube announced that from Dec. 9 it will block and remove content that contains statements 'alleging widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of a historical U.S. presidential election.'

The Google-owned firm said that it was because the 'safe harbor' deadline on Dec. 8 in the presidential election had passed, claiming that 'enough states have certified their election results.'

However, there are still outstanding legal challenges, including one in the Supreme Court, that could change the outcome of the election. YouTube’s statement made no mention of these, and it made no mention of the Dec. 14 Electoral College vote date.
