@james china will use vietnam to justify the invasion of asean. If you paid attention the news, china is moving to the pacific to claim everything austronesian.

Too late, China is already building a military base in Cambodia to sandwich Vietnam. The Cambodian base alone will bring the PLA army to the heart of ASEAN. The next step to justify expansion is the Chinese in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
