Would you be shock if I tell you he is not Hispanic/Latino?  What would you guess his ethnicity/nationality in that case?

He could pass up Hispanic/ Latino rather easily.   Pics gives me the impression the person regularly smiles a lot even when he doesn't look at a camera. He reminds me of some Persians before.  Person could pass up in South or Central Asia.
