Yep, some Afghans can indeed pass as Hispanic/Latinos, even as Indomestizos or Amerindians especially if they are ethnic Hazaras.

I noticed many Afghans can look pseudo-Latino/Hispanic. Certain groups like the Hazaras even pass as someone who is predominantly Amerindian in some cases.
