Ah ok. They could actually have some distant Euro admix despite knowing that they are full Pinoy Tagalog.

What does pango mean? Flat low nose bridge and round face? And how common are Filos with longer slender face? I noticed most Pinoys tend to have rounder face.

Would you say there are more Polynesians or Hispanics who can fit among Pinoy look spectrum? How about Chinese, Japanese looking Filipinos?

Sorry I don't understand the next sentence "As for the guy passing as full when he's only half, not really, mongoloid usually has a stronger imprint the caucasoid look."

Does that mean he can pass as full or he cannot? And do you mean that the Mongoloid is more dominant than Caucasoid look?

OP is from Suriname. He is like almost 50% Chinese, 25% European, 12% Indian/South Asian, 10% African and almost 4% Middle Eastern. So basically a mixed race but leaning more towards the Mongoloid.

He could pass up as a Filipino Mestizo to me.  I doubt a full blooded Pinoys would look like him. I've seen full blooded Filipinos with light skin but their facial features are somewhat different compared to the pic.

@qamzardaan  IDK maybe but if you look at her parents, they look very probinsyano Filipino but all the kids look mestizo especially my friend.  They're common folk where the parents came from humble beginnings but were hard workers and made sure all kids had a good education & now the kids are doing well.

Pango means low nose bridge, as opposed to matangos, high nose bridge.

I never noticed the face if it's round or small.  I have a small slender face & I think quite a few Filipinos have that face, though round faces are also common.  I'd say it's 50-50.  But with the rising obesity amongst Filipinos, I imagine round faces are more common, lol.

As for who fits Filipinos look more?  I'd say other SE Asians, either Thai or Indonesians, I think Malays tend to have an Indian look that's not so common here.

I'd say you'd find 25% of each of the ff in the Philippines:

-Hispanic Mestizo/Native American (the nose though especially for natives are very very high bridge and not common here so they won't necessarily look Filipino despite a mongoloid phenotype)

^^^Look at Robert Beltran/Chakotay, he looks very Mongoloid but no way is that look found in the Philippines, his nose is very high, even higher than Caucasoid nose.  My mom had a similar nose as this that she was very insecure about & she had it filed down.

-Polynesians (the height, girth, & of course how much Australoid admixture they have can vary)

^^^I don't think the features of the 2 guys up front & the girl to the left is common, but they look somewhat familiar IMO.  The guy in the middle looks somewhat like my brother but my brother has a softer look, this guy looks like he can kill you with a stare.  The 2 girls on the right look more Filipino.  The one in the middle has a slight Indian look but I think she can pass here.

-Chinese (I'd say only Southern Chinese & even then, depends because they could just look like Chinese Filipinos (either half Filipino/Chinese, or pure Chinese living in the Philippines) & those are not recognized as Native Filipino.  It's hard to explain, even if a Filipino is chinito/chinita, light skinned, not very pango, they can still look Filipino, I think it's the profile.

-Japanese (depends on the Japanese, I'd say those with a more Jomon look without being hairy or looking like this:

Austronesians look very different from Jomons, or at least the Ainus, so the look is simply a coincidence when that Ainu is admixed with a Korean look I think.

I think when Caucasians mix with a Mongloid, usually, the kids will look more Mongoloid than Caucasian. Same with Black people, their features will tend to be more dominant when they mix with other ethnic groups (North Africans or Nigerians/Ethiopians don't count because genetically they are admixed with caucasians for thousands of years).  I'm referring to subsaharan africans or Australoids that aren't admixed.  Like Kilingons admixed with humans, that klingon forehead will stay for generations before it goes away even if they keep marrying humans.   Lol, I've been watching Voyager lately so my mind is on star trek, haha!

PS.  Yes, I think he can pass a full filipino.
