Also are you mindblown or astonished that Somalians who are around 50-60% African 40-50% West Eurasian are genetically closer to Caucasoids including Europeans than Natives are to Mongoloids including the Filipinos (Luzon, Igorot)?

Look at how the number in terms of distance between Somalians and Caucasoids are lower than those of Natives (Mixe) and Mongoloids.

Idk, we're the old world, the natives are from the new world and we're isolated from the old world for a long time.  So even if Mongoloids and Caucasoids look phenotypically different, they've been interacting for a long time, especially with India.  Indian influence like buddhism has reached as far as China, Japan and Korea, and even reached the Philippines with Hinduism.  So they've had a big impact on almost everyone, even Europe, soap, shampoo, tea, spice, even the mathematical concept of 0 came from India.

Btw, Indians are not fully Caucasoids but almost a balanced 50%-50% mix between Caucasoid and AASI (Ancient Ancestral South Indian), an Australoid/Veddoid-like population which is indigenous to South Asia.

Even the majority of SE Asians today have Indian ancestry which also brings both Caucasoid and AASI admixture to them.

Even some Filipinos seem to have Indian ancestry:

This Vizayan individual actually score close to 4% Caucasoid. This result also seem to have actual minor Indian ancestry as seen by the Latvian (represented the Steppe ancestry) and Baloch (Iran_Neolithic). What's interesting is the Latvian is higher than Baloch.. which suggests maybe Northern Indian/Pakistani-like ancestry instead of South Indian? Also 5.6% AASI so it seems the Indian admixture is legit.

I am actually intrigued to find a Pinoy result that score actual South Asian admixture and this result doesn't seem recent. It's fascinating because you hardly here about Indians in precolonial Philippines although there are historically Indicized kingdoms there before Spanish colonialism.

It's as if this result is a relic from the precolonial times when the Indicized kingdoms were still ruling the archipelago lol. Maybe, there are more Pino results like these in isolated areas of the country where the Spanish didn't have much genetic impact or the areas that used to be under Hindu -Buddhist influence.

In ancient history, Somalia was one of the center of commerce therefore they had several foreigners traveling and trading by land and sea to the country.  The people here would have been receiving Europeans, Indians, Arabs, Northern Africans, so forth...  This country is the main Horn of Africa.  Even in recent times, European countries were there.

Yep. Also natives separated from the rest of Asia for at least 20,000 years, so that could be the reason.

Isn't crazy that an African nomadic tribe who is around 75% Negroid and 25% Caucasoid genetically is still genetically closer to Caucasoids to Native Americans are to Mongoloids including SE Asians? It shows how really divergent, distinct Native Americans become after 20,000 years or more of separation.
