If only Geneticist tested more samples we would see more Indian admixture in Luzons compared to Visayans since 80 plus percent of the Indian population are actually in the Luzon region.
Mindanao has a lot of Visayans population and majority of them are Visayans in several parts of the country. The Visayans have been migrating to Mindanao for some centuries. The Indian admixture percentage in Mindanao region could be similar to Visayan region. Who really knows, Mindanao may have more Indian admixture or they may have less. They need to do a genetic testing in Mindanao.

Several of these Pinoy samples were also scoring some Arab (Yemeni) DNA. I wonder if they are Muslims from Mindanao or Sulu?
Northwest of Mindanao is where the remaining muslims reside.
@jaenelle
Is it mostly Christians and Animists (Lumad) in the remaining of Mindanao?
On certain calcs Australoid admixture can show up as either 'South-Indian' or 'Oceanian'. The South Indian type will be genetically more related to Andamanese while the Oceanian type will be closer to Papuans.
And southern Filipinos will usually have more Oceanian-like admixture than northern Pinoys. Here's a Filipina lady's DNA.land result who's ancestry is from Bohol and it's not even fully south:

....Northern Filipinos will usually be only around 2-4% Oceanian, while the southern tip regions of the islands can hover over 9-10%
