How about this study which included East Asians, of which, Filipinos were the only ethnic groups recorded to have a modest amount of European descent.

*Institute for Human Genetics, University of California San Francisco (2015). http://www.genetics.org/content/early/2015/06/18/genetics.115.178616.full.pd f" rel="nofollow">"Self-identified East Asian nationalities correlated with genetic clustering, consistent with extensive endogamy. Individuals of mixed East Asian-European genetic ancestry were easily identified; we also observed a modest amount of European genetic ancestry in individuals self-identified as Filipinos"

The Philippines have a history with Arab traders plus there are Filipinos in the south who have Arabic and Indian features. the Testing on Filipinos DNA should be separate for Filipinos in Luzon and Filipinos in Mindanao

Is this Indian or Arab ancestry only restricted to Pinoy Muslims, other minorities or you can find it in Christians as well?

You could be right. But I have not seen a Filipino DNA result who have Arabic ancestry yet.

I have seen gedmatch dna results of two Filipinas who have  Indian ancestry at around 10 to 13% which is higher than most of the Philippines who score only 2-7l% South Asian/Indian. One of the Filipinas seem to be from Zamboanga but I don't know about the background of the other one.

I have also seen a few Pinoy results that show some low amounts of South Central Asian (Tajik, Pashtun, Baloch) or even West Asian (Iranian, Kurdish, Armenian, Georgian, etc) but no Euro. But Im not sure where in Phils they are originally from.

@kay

Some high caste NW Indians or Pakistanis like Punjabi Sikhs, Jatts, Kashmiris, Himachalis, Sindhis can look like that, but yes most Indians don't look like them.

These ones that was initially posted are called the Baloch and Brahui. These two ethnic groups speak different languages (one speak Iranic and the other Dravidian), but are genetically very similar to one another. They are believed to be the closest modern day groups to Iranian Neolithic Farmers (genetically different from modern Iranians), who are one of the ancestors of modern day Indians and other South Asians.

SE Asians who have South Asian ancestry also partially descended/got genes from these groups if you go far back enough.
