SE asian group averages. Thais and burmese seem to be the most caucasoid shifted while filipinos and vietnamese the least.

Some high caste NW Indians or Pakistanis like Punjabi Sikhs, Jatts, Kashmiris, Himachalis, Sindhis can look like that, but yes most Indians don't look like them.

These ones that was initially posted are called the Baloch and Brahui. These two ethnic groups speak different languages (one speak Iranic and the other Dravidian), but are genetically very similar to one another. They are believed to be the closest modern day groups to Iranian Neolithic Farmers (genetically different from modern Iranians), who are one of the ancestors of modern day Indians and other South Asians.

SE Asians who have South Asian ancestry also partially descended/got genes from these groups if you go far back enough. 

You're a racial expert I see.

It make sense for Thais & Myanmar because they are closer to India.

I believe either Myanmar or Thailand followed by Malaysia.
