Baguio, Benguet Province in Luzon, Philippines received some snow before and one site suggested that Mt. Pulag located nearby Benguet Province received snow before also. I'm assuming Mt. Apo, the tallest mountain in Philippines which is located west of Davao, Mindanao would actually receive some snow.
Philippines has the longest Christmas Holiday in the world as they celebrate the holiday from Sept.1 to the 3rd week of January and yet Filipinos have really never had a traditional holiday Christmas.
Benguet
Snow is a very rare occurrence in the Philippines. This one looks more like pieces of ice. The snowfall in Benguet, Philippines is an anomalous phenomenon.
