Does EU plan to work with another country?  Btw, in general what's your or everyone view on this in your country?

EU is eyeing India for free trade, instead of China. We are happy that our politicians are waking up.

India does have the population but I do not know if they have the capacity to do large mass production at a high rate as of today.  It appears EU will likely make a slow transition to India and several countries possibly until the country constructs enough manufacturers, harbor ports and cargo ships.

India has the third-largest reserves of rare earth minerals in the world. Due to radioactivity of monazite sands, Indian Rare Earths Ltd under the Department of Atomic Energy is the sole producer of rare earth compounds. Globally, China has a monopoly over rare earth, after USA’s recede in this industry due to high environmental and health concerns.
