The Russian embassy changed their post. China's neighbors know it's easier to be friend rather than enemy. North Korea came out to say it supports all of China's efforts to defend its territory. Vietnam supports the Chinese law in HK. Recently, Russia said it's against G7 meeting without China, and they supported China's position on nuclear disarmament.

it's fake news. China signed a border treaty with Russia in 1999, everything was settled.
Vladivostok was a Manchu settlement that was invaded by Tsarist trappers. In 1860 it was leased to Russia, not seceded. Only in 1899 when Beijing was under occupation, was the lease made permanent.
China denounced the unequal treaties in 1950, so yes it does have a claim to Vladivostok and also other settlements. In the 1960's there was a global decolonization wave, a lot of territorial ownership came into question.
But after the cold war China relinquished this claim. The weibo users were just there to harass their embassy who makes provocative comments once in a while. It's all kind of normal between China and Russia.
