I hope you and everyone are safe, please provide us an update on the situation, however it seems your signal connection is still okay but your area might have suffered a power outage.

In my area it's signal no.4 but in the Bicol region it was signal no.5.

Typhoon Goni, known in the Philippines as Super Typhoon Rolly, is a weakening tropical cyclone that recently made landfall as an extremely powerful Category 5–equivalent super typhoon on Catanduanes Island in the Philippines and became the strongest landfalling tropical cyclone on record.

At 20:50 UTC on October 31, Goni made landfall in Bato, CatanduanesPhilippines, at peak intensity, as a Category 5-equivalent super typhoon. By 1-minute sustained winds, this made Goni the strongest recorded tropical cyclone to ever make landfall anywhere in the world.

In 2013 Typhoon Yolanda was also a category 5 and devastated several cities such as Tacloban.
