To the Filipinos with known Chinese and Spanish ancestry, I'm curious to know the difference between your phenotype vs. genotype. For instance, if you have approximately the same amount of Spanish and Chinese ancestry, did your DNA results come out even? How about those with considerably more Spanish ancestry with very little Chinese, do you look more Spanish and less Chinese? Does it match up with your DNA results?

3 Qs:
- If you have known Spanish and Chinese ancestry, do you feel that you acquired physical features that can be generalized from your Spanish and or Chinese ancestors? If so, do you feel that you acquired more Spanish or Chinese features?
- Do your physical features lean towards the county that you have more known ancestors from?
- How does it correlate with your DNA results?

Note: This is not a discussion about who is more Filipino looking. If you think you look more Filipino than anything else, but you have typical Chinese eyes, then please mention your eyes/Chinese features. If you don't look Spanish at all, but have very light brown eyes (and Spanish is your only known European ancestry) than please mention Spanish. The question is meant to ask which of the two (Spanish or Chinese) that you acquired more features from. Not whether or not you look Filipino. Thanks!

I don't think my parents ever told me that I have any Chinese ancestry. But yeah I would like to take that DNA test someday.

Once in a while Filipinos can have a slant eyes.

I haven't taken the ancestry test yet, so I might go back to this once I have taken it.
