Yeah...I love this city! It's got everything..

I like the idea of rent to own condos offered by some developers. But there are also properties way South that are great investment for housing projects. I think I'm more into properties. Rental properties is my forte.

Boracay has less people coming due to the pandemic. Kinda weird. It feels like you own the Island?!  😆 You can still book a flight though. 

As for traffic? Well. The Metro is hopeless.
